The nice thing about mini disc recorders is they do not interfere with other wireless devices like the officiants mic. Tripods and Shoulder Mounts We use Bogen/ Manfrotto tripods to support our cameras. Along with the cameras we use Vari-Zoom lanc controllers to allow us to zoom and control the start and stopping of the taping. We really like the tripods we use as they allow us to get the cameras up above the crowds heads so we can get those all important shots. For the reception in addition to a tripod we use a shoulder mounted camera which allows us to get up close and personal. Editing Computers Smilson Productions build our own computers and our knowlage about computers help keep all of our workstations working smoothly. We use hardware solutions like Canopus Storm and Pinnacle Pro-1 with software solutions like Adobe Premiere or Video Vegas and Liquid Edition.
